About AvanSa
AvanSa is an international consulting firm founded in May 1999 in Guatemala. To date, it has carried out studies, consulting, advisory work, and training in 12 countries, serving private companies, international organizations, and governments.
The firm specializes in strategy, the human dynamics of work teams, creative processes, and systems thinking, and has created people management and organizational optimization systems ranging from competency-based management models to job evaluation models, process redesign, and executive recruitment.
Its facilitators have delivered more than 3,000 conferences and workshops to a wide range of audiences on personal development, management skills, and leadership. They have taught in university Doctorate, Bachelor's, and Graduate programs, advised on graduation theses, and served as evaluators for private general exams.
They have carried out regional projects and research across Latin America on Human Development, Process Redesign, and various socioeconomic topics.
AvanSa's team of professionals created a software and support system for managing and leading human talent, validated for Latin America, made up of 6 elements:
- 9FP, which diagnoses and forecasts human behavior and supports its development; this product was awarded Disruptive Technology Export Product by the Guatemalan Exporters Association — AGEXPORT. AGEXPORT recognized 9FP as its flagship disruptive technology export product — an award given for the first time.
- Alfanumérico, an instrument that measures people's verbal and numerical abilities, reporting their performance against an established standard.
- 360ed, a performance evaluation system.
- 4CL, which assesses workplace climate and lays the groundwork for building a specific culture.
- VPI, a comprehensive job evaluation system.
- An e-learning platform, which helps close the gaps identified by the 5 instruments above.
